If you join the email list, the information you submit is sent to AWeber to provide the requested guide and future emails. You can unsubscribe through any email.

Project consultations

When you request a consultation, we collect the name, email, project description and questions you provide. Phone plans also collect your phone number, time zone and preferred availability. This information and your order status are stored securely through the payment service operated alongside Contractor Instant Quote and used to process and provide your consultation.

Stripe processes payment information. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored on this website. Brevo sends consultation confirmations and owner notifications. Project photos are submitted by email and used for your consultation; we will not publish them without your permission. A consultation purchase does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

To ask about your information or request deletion, contact Guy@thatkiltedguy.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting and payment support.
